PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint rod which is formed of a single body, and further improves the appearance of the interior finishing and exterior finishing of a building by imparting an impression of presence of individual bodies, i.e. the impression that a plurality of members are present in a joint portion. SOLUTION: The joint rod 1 is interposed between a plurality of decorative tiles in order to form the joint portion between the same. The joint rod 1 is formed of a plurality of rod members 10x, 10y, 10z which are arranged side by side in a width direction and connected to each other. One of the rod members 10y arranged side by side is made different from the other rod members 10x, 10z in surface in terms of properties, at least one of the properties including a tone, a gloss, a pattern, and an asperity forming state, and therefore the joint rod exhibits a stripe pattern on a surface thereof.
