<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blower inhibiting drop of blower performances by improving an assembly accuracy of a diffuser. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The diffuser 31 disposed between an electric motor and a fan comprises a diffuser downstream side member 32 and a diffuser upstream side member 36. The downstream side member 32 is formed with a plurality of downstream side stationary blades 34 provided on a back surface of a round downstream side base 33 which has a larger diameter than that of the fan. The downstream side member 32 is provided with the base 33 opposed to a shroud at a rear of the fan. The upstream side member 36 is formed with a plurality of upstream side stationary blades 38 provided on a ring shape upstream side base 37 overlapping a circumference part 33a surface of the base 33. The upstream side member 36 is provided around the fan with the stationary blade 38 opposed to an air outlet of the fan. A projection 40 is provided on an upstream side base 37 and an engagement hollow part 35 engaging with the projection is provided on the downstream side base 33. A plurality of centering fitting projection parts 39 which engage with a circumference surface 33b of the base 33 and combine the base 37 into the state of being fitted in the base 33, are provided on an outer circumference edge of the base 37.
