<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatography for obtaining a target component in a material liquid at high purity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The chromatography includes: a first process of constructing a circulation system 10 allowing circulation of the material liquid and an eluant supplied to unit packed towers 11 to 18 filled with an adsorbent by serially connecting the unit packed towers 11 to 18, forming an adsorption zone by passing the material liquid, supplying the material liquid and/or the eluant to any of the unit packed towers, and drawing a fraction from the unit packed tower in which any of components is enriched; and a second process of drawing the liquid in the circulation system 10 from any of the unit packed towers constituting the circulation system 10, supplying the liquid to the unit packed tower downstream in the circulation direction from the unit packed tower from which the liquid is drawn, circulating the liquid in the circulation system 10, and circulating the liquid while the unit packed tower from which the liquid in the circulation system 10 is drawn, and the unit packed tower to which the drawn liquid in the circulation system is supplied are switched to the unit packed towers downstream in the circulation direction of the circulation system 10.
