PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat can be stored in a small-size car when applied thereto, while securing a larger space in front of a rear seat. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 20 is constructed to be arranged from a seating possible mode in which a seatback 50 is locked to a seat cushion 30 in a rising condition and both front ends of a pair of right and left rear legs 36 are locked to a vehicle floor F, into a storage mode in which they are unlocked to reverse the seat cushion 30 frontward so that the backrest face of the seatback 50 and the seating face of a seat part 32 of the seat cushion 30 are located along an instrument panel 90 and a tow board 90a on the lower side thereof, respectively.
