Rapid heating device (1) comprising a base (2), a soleplate (3) designed to take a product to be heated, and heating means (4) consisting of one or more quartz tubes (5) situated above the soleplate (3) and emitting in the shortwave range. It is characterized in that it comprises air inlet means (8) on the periphery or/and under this base (2) and at least first separator means (9) designed to form a first chamber (10) around the soleplate (3), these air inlet means (8) and first separator means (9) together being designed to distribute the temperature evenly throughout the first chamber (10), these first separator means (9) also forming a first chimney which is extended by air evacuation means (11) in the top of a lid (12) which is mounted on the base (2) or integrated with it. |
