PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of preventing generation of erroneous operation, comprising: a seat slide mechanism formed of a lower rail and an upper rail; a lock mechanism for locking the lower rail of the seat slide mechanism on a floor; operation means for releasing locking of the lock mechanism; and a link having one end side rotatably mounted on a lower-level floor and the other end side rotatably mounted on the lower rail of the seat slide mechanism and configured to store the seat in the lower-level floor. SOLUTION: A cancel mechanism 100 is provided which allows a lever (operation means) 351 to be inoperable when an upper rail 33 of the seal slide mechanism 27 is at any position other than a rearmost position and to be operable when the upper rail 33 is at any position other than the rearmost position.
