PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fabric for ink-jet printing through thermosol processing is provided to improve abrasion resistance and durability, and to increase manufacturing cost while improving quality of the fabric. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fabric for ink-jet printing through thermosol processing includes the following steps of: weaving the fabric with warp and air-textured weft; processing the fabric with hydrophilic ink anti-spreading liquid consisting of water, an ink anti-spreading agent, whiteners, blue color dye; and coating the fabric with an ink absorbing agent including a solvent, acrylic copolymer, silica, a hardener and oil. The ink absorbing agent includes polyurethane resin of 5~15 weight%, the acrylic copolymer of 20~40 weight%, the silica of 5~15 weight%, the hardener 0.1~5 weight%, the solvent of 40~60 weight% and the oil of 1~10 weight%. |
