PURPOSE: An X-ray tube system for dental diagnosis and oral cancer treatment is provided to reduce size and weight of a radiation tube remarkably, and have good usability. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray tube system includes an X-ray releasing module(2) comprising an X-ray emission window(1), an X-ray releasing module separation unit(3), an X-ray release system body(4), feed-throughs(5) for electrode application to the X-ray releasing module, cables(6) for creating high pressure and a vacuum condition inside the system, a grid section power supply switch(7) capable of extracting electrons from the carbon nanotube cathode, and a rotary shaft(8) of the X-ray releasing module part.
