PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly-functional mask with reduced processes.

SOLUTION: A mask manufacturing device manufactures a mask by performing the electrostatic burst of a raw material liquid 300 in a space, and depositing the manufactured nano fiber 301 is provided. The device includes: a raw material liquid flow-out means 210 for allowing the raw material liquid 300 to flow out into the space; a raw material liquid charging means 220 for charging the raw material liquid 300; a depositing means 110 having a stereoscopic shape part 111 corresponding to the shape of the mask covering the nostrils and mouth of a human, so as to receive and deposit the nano fiber 301; and an inducing means 120 for inducing the nano fiber 301 to the depositing means 110.
