<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize power peak cut by introducing a residential electric energy management system with an electric storage means 1 and a residential power distribution board 2, wherein the electric storage means 1 is charged with the nighttime power supply voltage of 200 V from the residential power distribution board of a power receiving system of commercial single phase, 3 wire, 100/200 V, and the electric energy stored in the electric storage means 1 is cooperatively fed (discharged) to a power feed system of the residential power distribution board 2 of single phase, 3 wire, 100/200 V of the same power receiving system in the daytime. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the electric storage means 1 having a function of storing electric energy and an electric energy storing system which discharges electric energy stored in the electric storage means 1 when needed, the residential electric energy management system includes: a first power conversion device 3 having a function of charging the electric storage means 1 with the nighttime power from the commercial power receiving system of single phase, 3 wire, 100/200 V; a power factor control device 6-1 and a charging voltage control device 6-2 therefor; a second power conversion device having a function of cooperatively feeding (discharging) the electric energy stored in the electric storage device 1 to the power feed system of the residential power distribution board 2 of single phase, 3 wire, 100/200 V of the same power receiving system; and a discharging control device 7 therefor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
