<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance heat radiation sheet which has flexibility in the thickness direction while made of a material which shows super high thermal conductivity of 100 W/mK in the thickness direction of the sheet, and capable of reducing contact thermal resistance by sandwiching the sheet between a heating element and heat sink. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-conducting sheet where graphite is oriented in its thickness direction is constituted by laminating graphite films, whose thickness is 1 mm or less, so that a crystalline plane of the graphite is oriented in the thickness direction, with adhesive agent between, and the heat-conducting sheet has a thickness of 5 mm or less. In the method of manufacturing the heat-conducting sheet, the graphite films whose thickness is 1 mm or less are laminated in a procedure of overlaying or winding with the adhesive agent between to constitute a graphite laminate, and the graphite laminate is cut in the thickness of 5 mm or less at a plane at an angle of 45° or more to the crystalline plane of the graphite, to form the heat-conducting sheet having high thermal conductivity in the thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
