<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a content receiving apparatus in which efficiency is improved in descrambling scrambled contents, an encryption key in descrambling is easily managed, and the copyright of the contents can be protected; a program therefor; and a restrictive receiving system. <P>SOLUTION: A restrictive receiving system comprises a content transmitting apparatus 3 for encrypting and transmitting contents and a content receiving apparatus 5. The content transmitting apparatus 3 includes: a content scrambler 7 for encrypting contents using a scramble key Ks, a content key Kc, a work key Kw and a master key Km; and a multiplexer 9 for multiplexing the contents and sending them as multiplexed encrypted contents. The content receiving apparatus 5 includes: a demultiplexer 13 for receiving and demultiplexing the multiplexed encrypted contents; and a content descrambler 15 for obtaining contents by decrypting encrypted information demultiplexed by the demultiplexer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
