<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator having an actuating pin capable of quickly retreating the actuating pin during actuation, by preventing gas leakage from the periphery of the operation pin. <P>SOLUTION: This actuator A1 has a piston 47 having the actuating pin 54, a squib 38 and a cylinder case 31. The cylinder case 31 has a peripheral wall part for covering the circumference of the piston 47 and a ceiling wall part 35 having a through-hole 35a capable of projecting the operation pin 43. The actuator A1 is constituted for retreating the piston 47 together with the actuating pin 54 by jetting driving gas G generated from the squib 38 between the ceiling wall part 35 and the piston 47 during actuation. A seal ring 66 relatively movable to the actuating pin 54 while maintaining a seal state of a clearance H between the actuating pin 54 and the through-hole 35a, is arranged on the inner surface side of the ceiling wall part 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
