PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an spout structure capable of surely breaking a predetermined breaking part of a sealing band when a screw cap equipped with a ratchet type sealing band is opened. SOLUTION: The screw cap 13 is fitted to a spout member 12 constituting an spout. The screw cap 13 has the sealing band 51. A ratchet 65 is formed on the inner face of the sealing band 51. A plurality of projecting parts 35 are provided at a part in the peripheral direction of the spout member 12. On the spout member 12, a deformation suppressing part 80 is formed at a site provided with the projecting parts 35. When the screw cap 13 is rotated in the opening direction, as the ratchet 65 makes abut on the projecting parts 35, to stop the rotation of the sealing band 51. When a cap body 50 is rotated furthermore, the predetermined breaking part 61 of the sealing band 51 is broken. When a part of the sealing band 51 is excessively deformed inward on breaking the predetermined breaking part 61, as the inner face of the sealing band 51 makes abut on the deformation suppressing part 80, the sealing band 51 is prevented from being excessively deformed inward.
