PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal distributor and turnout, capable of changing the direction of a receptacle as freely as possible. SOLUTION: The coaxial receptacle unit comprises a receptacle 122 to be mounted on a casing 110 of the signal distributor/turnout 100, which is L-shaped in side view and has a connection port at a tip thereof, and a receptacle base 121 having the base part of the receptacle rotatably supported on a side surface thereof, the bottom surface of which is fixed to a surface of the casing through a fastening tool 130.
