<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow modification to a barrier-free specification, and allow sliding doors to be freely opened and closed after modification. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sliding door guiding rails 2b, 3b, 3c are installed in parallel with each other at the same horizontal level on a sill 1b of a window frame, and opposing faces of the adjacent rails are individually provided with a ridge 19 formed along the longitudinal direction. An air-tight piece 22 is installed at a site corresponding to the meeting section a of sliding doors between the adjacent rails, and between-rails attachments 15 having a rail section 17 having a horizontal level nearly same as the horizontal level of the rail are arranged on both sides with interposing the airtight piece in-between. The airtight piece 22 and the between-rails attachments 15 are removably attached to the ridge 19. The width of a lower frame 14 of the sliding door is reduced to provide the adjacent sliding doors 7, 8, 9 with a space where interference with the between-rails attachments 15 is avoided.
