Ž<P>SOLUTION: Accurate first estimation atmospheric pressure generated by adding a first atmospheric pressure estimation addition value is stored by a first estimation atmospheric pressure storage means 106 when an output opening of an opening detection means 102 satisfies a first opening condition TH1, and second estimation atmospheric pressure generated by adding a second atmospheric pressure estimation addition value is stored by a second estimation atmospheric pressure storage means 110 when the output opening satisfies a second opening condition TH2 which is lower than the first opening condition TH1. The estimated atmospheric pressure stored by the first estimation atmospheric pressure storage means 106 is directly reflected to estimated atmospheric pressure for control. The renewal of estimated atmospheric pressure by the second estimation atmospheric pressure storage means 110 after the renewal of the estimated atmospheric pressure by the first estimation atmospheric pressure storage means is performed and stored as estimated atmospheric pressure for control while the same is limited by a second estimation atmospheric pressure reflection limitation means 111 under a specific reflection renewal condition.
