<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio communication method which can certainly recognize that a mobile radio terminal device is outside service coverage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When any response to a CF-Poll which an access point AP has sent to a mobile station MS is not returned, it is notified to a GANC that the mobile station MS moves to outside the service coverage, and thereafter the GANC which has received this notice transmits and receives via a GERAN (mobile communication network NW1).
