<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device can restrain an increase in pump capacity, when increasing torque transmitted to a first power transmission member from a power source. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This power transmission device includes relatively rotatably arranged first power transmission member 10, second power transmission member 11 and third power transmission member 24, a cam surface 12 formed in the first power transmission member 10, operation members 14 and 15 arranged in the second power transmission member 11, and a pump 5 for sucking and delivering fluid. A connection mechanism 19 for connecting the first power transmission member 10 and the third power transmission member 24, is arranged in parallel to the second power transmission member 11. The connection mechanism 19 is a planetary mechanism having three rotation elements, and the first rotation element 21 is connected to the first power transmission member 10, and the second rotation element 20 is connected to the second power transmission member 11, and the third rotation element 23 is connected to the third power transmission member 24.
