<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece supporting/rotating device that can support and rotate a workpiece without separately using a supporting tool, even when the surface of a part to be supported of the workpiece is tilted with respect to the center of a supporting/rotating axis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The workpiece supporting/rotating device 2 includes a support body 11 and a rotary holding part 14 which is freely rotatably held around a first horizontal axial center (a) via a roller member on the support part 11 and in which a through-hole capable of guiding a workpiece 3 in a direction along the first horizontal axial center (a) is formed. In the lower part of the through-hole of the rotary holding part 14, there is installed a workpiece placing member 43 that has a placing face for the workpiece 3 and that is freely rockable around a second horizontal axial center (b) orthogonal to the first horizontal axial center (a).
