<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the strength of a ceramic plate is reduced by piercing a hole on the surface of the ceramic plate for carrying an electric current to a stud welding pin and another problem that the ceramic plate peels away due to the abrasion of the stud welding pin when the stud welding pin is exposed in a large area on the surface of the ceramic plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A through-hole is pierced on the ceramic plate. The stud welding pin is inserted into the through-hole and a lid is placed over the welding pin. Then the ceramic plate and the lid are brazed so that the stud welding pin is not exposed or the disposed area of the stud welding pin is small, whereby the stud welding pin is hardly abraded.
