<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: there is no simplified measuring instrument for checking a mounting condition of a spinner and it is adjusted by intuition because of being obstructed by game nails near the spinner and decorations or the like on a game board surface in the mounting condition of the spinner mounted on the game board surface with nails affecting the number of variations of a symbol display device in connection with approach of a game ball to the periphery of a start pocket; the depth of a re-nailed nail are also adjusted by intuition to re-nail the game nail nailed on the game board surface because of the occurrence of nail bend due to metallic fatigue according to usage frequency of the game machine; and, when the re-nailed nail is a crucial nail for the start pocket, the depth of the re-nailed nail affect the number of variations, but there is no simplified nailing shallowness and depth measuring instrument. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Neighborhood of a measurement element of a depth bar is cranked and processed in a well-known caliper and an electronic caliper, and a measurement jaw for inside and outside of the caliper is removed and a finger through part and a finger hook part are provided so as to easily measure with one hand.
