<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a torque sensor for improving accuracy of an assembling position of a magnetism generation portion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An assembling method of a torques sensor 50 for detecting torque effected on a torsion bar spring 51 in accordance with a magnetic flux density introduced from a magnetism generation portion 60 to a rotation magnetic circuit portion 69 includes in series a shaft direction aligning step of arranging the magnetism generation portion 60 at an attachment neighboring site 12 in the shaft direction configured in the shaft direction of a first shaft 10, a rotation direction aligning step of measuring a magnetic flux density introduced in the rotation magnetic circuit portion 69 in the process of rotating relative to the first shaft 10 the magnetism generation portion 60 arranged in the attachment neighboring site 12 in the shaft direction to determine a rotation direction neutral position of the magnetism generation portion 60, and a fixing step of moving and fixing the magnetism generation portion 60 arranged in the rotation direction neutral position to the attachment site 11 in the shaft direction configured in the shaft direction of the first shaft 10.
