<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure for mounting a towing hook capable of suppressing deformation of a towing hook mounting member while suppressing an increase in weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A front side member 12 is arranged on both sides of a vehicle 10, and a plate member 14 is arranged in the front end of the front side member 12. A bumper arm 26 is arranged on the vehicle rear side of a bumper reinforcement 24. A bracket 18 is sandwiched between the connected part 26C of the bumper arm 26 and the connected part 14A of the plate member 14, and the bumper arm 26 and the plate member 14 are co-fastened. In the bracket 18, a nut 20 is fixed along the vehicle longitudinal direction, and the towing hook 30 is passed through the through-holes 28A, 28B of the bumper reinforcement 24 and the through-hole 28C of the bumper arm 26.
