<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the manual operation of a robot control device using an enable switch from being disabled despite the operator's intention to enhance the operability thereof by manual operation by enabling the operator to surely sense that an operating element is positioned where a robot device is operable even if the operator is not accustomed with the structure of the switch. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This robot control device comprises the enable switch 7 having the operating element 10 set to any one of at least two points, an input device 8 for manually operating the robot device, a control means enabling manual operation of the robot device in response to the operation of the input device 8 when the operating element 10 of the enable switch 7 is at the pressed position, and an indication lamp 9 for notifying that the operating element 10 of the enable switch 7 is at the pressed position and the robot device is manually operable.
