Provided is an oil-in-oil type cosmetic preparation with excellent transfer resistance that is lustrous, has good spreadability when applied, and has excellent stability. (a) 5-80 mass% of a nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil, (b) 1-70 mass% of a nonvolatile silicone based oil, and (c) 0.1-10 mass% a of dextrin fatty acid ester are mixed. The mixing ratio (mass ratio) of (a) the nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil and (b) the nonvolatile silicone based oil is (a)/{(a) + (b)} = 0.4 ~ 0.8.
