PURPOSE: A roll pizza oven is provided to produce the pizza in an oven under the inner temperature of 250 Deg.C and roll up the cheese with not melting state. CONSTITUTION: The roll pizza oven includes: a reservoir(1); a wire belt, located inside the reservoir, for directly heating to a pizza dough and a topping material; a roller, located inside the reservoir, for rolling and discharging a roll with firmness; a motor for running the wire belt; an electric heater for heating the pizza dough and the topping material; and a hole formed to discharge the hot air created from the upper part of the reservoir to the upper direction. |
