<p>The present invention relates to a novel process for making oral solid gastro-retentive forms, comprising the steps of providing a powder mixture comprising a hydrophobic powder, overgranulating this powder mixture with a granulating solution into an overgranulated paste, and drying said paste into a solid, as well as to pharmaceutical solid dosage forms which are retained in the stomach or upper gastrointestinal tract for a controlled delivery of a drug.</p> |
