PURPOSE: A route searching method and a navigator for the same are provided to make a route only for a user referring to individual inclination. CONSTITUTION: The destination location is input and a first recommended route is produced(S200). The secession of the first recommended route during the driving is judged(S220). If the first recommended route is seceded, a second recommended route to the destination location is produced again(S240). If the second recommended route is seceded, the secession route is stored as a user preference route(S260).
