<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor apparatus having optical connections between a central processing unit (CPU) and a memory module, in which a high speed data transmission is possible without influencing the transmitted data and the number of the stably connected memory modules can be increased. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor apparatuses includes: an optical-electrical module connected to a memory controller; and an optical channel expanded via a socket one end of which is connected to the optical-electrical module and the other end is configured to receive a memory module, wherein the socket and the memory module have other optical-electrical module and optical connector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
