PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer for adhesive transferring, when being used for an image forming method where transferring is performed by the adhesive power of toner, which can prevent chipping of an image upon transferring. SOLUTION: In the liquid developer for adhesive transferring used for a printer where toner particles dispersed into a liquid carrier are electrostatically stuck to an electrostatic latent image on a photoreceptor 1 so as to be a visible image, and thereafter, transferring is performed to a transferring base material by the adhesive power of toner, the liquid developer contains, as toner resin components composing the toner, a polymerization composition including acrylate (the carbon number of ester is 6 to 9) and methacrylate (the carbon number of ester is 10 to 14) as monomers A, ac(methac)rylate (the carbon number of ester is 6 to 8) as a monomer B, polyurethane as a monomer C, glycidyl ac(methac)rylate as a monomer D and ac(methac)rylic acid as a monomer E.
