<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electrolytic corrosion protection to splice plates, bolts and nuts in steel joint parts. <P>SOLUTION: In a state where the butted edge parts of two steels 12 provided with insulative coating films 2 and conductive coating films 3 are friction-welded using the splice plates 13, bolts 16 and nuts 18, the vicinities of the edge parts of the respective steels 12, the splice plates 13, the bolts 16 and the nuts 18 are surface-treated so as to expose the respective ground metals thereof, and thereafter, conductive coating films 19 for energizing the steel joint parts covering the ground metal exposed parts in series are provided. Further, the surfaces thereof are provided with steel joint part insulative coating films 2a and steel joint part conductive coating films 3a connected with the insulative coating films 2 and the conductive coating films 3 respectively on the surfaces of the respective steels 12. By a control unit 11, the splice plates 13, the bolts 16 and the nuts 18 are retained so as to be the same potential via the steels 12 and the conductive coating films 19 for energizing steel joint parts as cathodes and the steel joint part conductive coating film 3a is made an anode, required voltage is applied and thus, the splice plates 13, the bolts 16 and the nuts 18 are retained into corrosion protection potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
