PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet which has adhesive strength strong even for shearing, further uniformly holds an air layer between the flat part in the incidence face of a lens sheet and a binder or an adhesive, and further has a light diffusion effect.

SOLUTION: The optical sheet 30 includes: a lens sheet 10; and a diffusion board 5 adhered to the lens sheet 10 with a binder (or an adhesive) 4. The lens sheet 10 includes: a translucent base material 2 provided with almost flat incidence face and emission face; a lens part 1 having at least one unit lens arranged at the emission face of the base material 2; and a plurality of projection parts 3 formed so as to be projected to the incidence face of the base material 2. The projection part 3 of the lens sheet 10 and the emission face of the diffusion board 5 are adhered with the binder (or adhesive) 4.
