摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte film wherein ion conductivity of an interface between an electrode active material layer and a solid electrolyte layer and ion conductivity among fine particles of the solid electrolyte are improved, and fire retardancy, namely, high heat-resistance is prepared on a lithium ion battery especially using a solid electrolyte and a lithium battery. SOLUTION: In the solid electrolyte film, lithium ion high-conductivity glass ceramic (LISICON) is pulverized to be preferably fine particles at sizes of one microns or below, a solid electrolyte raw material is prepared by making fine particles of the LISICON to be slurry by using a solution of a silicon compound as a binder, preferably low molecular silicon polymer, and then, the solid electrolyte film is made of a silica film including LISICON fine particles formed by making film-deposition by coating the solid electrolyte raw material and firing it.
