<p>A device to achieve an openable/lockable bow rail, both when producing new as well as rebuilding existing bow rails, intended to be permanently mounted at the prow of a boat, comprising a hinge device (70, 90) intended to be mounted in an open end (7), directed towards the bow, of a tubular handrail (2) at the bow rail (1) and in a first end of a curved front tubular part (5), directed from the bow, of the handrail (2) of the bow rail, designed to allow rotation around a longitudinal shaft for said handrail of said curved front tubular part (5), and a lock device in two parts (30, 60), whereby one of the parts is intended to be mounted in an end (6) of said tubular handrail (2) directed towards the bow and the second part is intended to be mounted in the other end of said curved front tubular part (5).</p> |
