PURPOSE: An outlet device for power saving is provided to determine standby mode, reservation mode and driving mode using measured standby consumption power and reservation consumption power. CONSTITUTION: A driving power generator(21) generates driving power from constant power. A sensor unit(23) comprises a human body detection sensor. A switching controller(27) switches constant power applied to a single-tap device. A current sensor(28) measures consumption power provided to an electronic appliance connected to the single-tap device.
