PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing compression panel and a double compression panel manufactured by the same are provided, which can manufacture compression panels with various thickness by adjusting thickness using an outlet gap adjustment unit. CONSTITUTION: A compression panel manufacturing device includes a gap adjustment unit controlling thickness of the plastic panel passing through an extrusion machine. The gap adjustment unit is comprised of upper and lower fixed supports(110,110'), moving support plates(120,120') for gap adjustment, gap regulating bolts(112,112'). The upper and lower fixed supports are connected to the extrusion machine through the bolt for fixing. The moving support plates for gap adjustment are installed on the top of the lower fixed support and the bottom of the upper fixed support. The bolt moves the top moving support plate to the top and bottom.
