The device has a valve (12) positioned on a water conduit (8) leaving from a heat pump, and regulated by opening or closing, at a temperature of around 50 degree Celsius. The valve is closed to return water towards the heat pump through a conduit (15) from a mud decanting device (14) and a conduit (9) such that a gas or fuel boiler of a heating circuit only supplies energy required for heating a dwelling e.g. collective building, when the temperature exceeds 50 degree Celsius.
