The cell has an infrared radiation emitter located on a symmetric longitudinal axis of the cell. A cover covers passages (7, 8) with reflecting walls, and is provided with openings for permitting penetration of air into the passages. Reference and measurement receivers are placed on both sides the longitudinal axis. Optical paths followed by radiations transmitted from the passages to the receivers are of equal length and non rectilinear. The emitter is located at an end of a rectilinear passage centered on the longitudinal axis.
