An engine mounting arrangement 22 comprising a yoke carrier block 30 and a main mount block 32, the yoke carrier block 30 being connectable to the main mount block 32, the main mount block 32 being connected to the engine 210 by at least one engine attachment link 34, 38 for transferring loads from an engine 210 in a normal load path during normal operation of the engine mounting arrangement 22, characterised in that the yoke carrier block 30 is connected to a further engine attachment link 36 independently of the main mount block 32, the further engine attachment link 36 being unloaded during normal operation of the engine mounting arrangement 22 and arranged to transfer loads from the engine 210 in the event of a failure of one or more components in the normal load path. |
