PURPOSE: A wire cable protector of a tower crane is provided to support the wire cable stably by forming a separation prevention protrusion in an upper side and a lower side of a wire cable support plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of horizontal reinforcing bars(14) are arranged between the opposite surfaces of a pair of vertical pipes(12) to prevent the deformation of the vertical pipe. Upper and lower fixing pieces(20) are formed with an L shaped in the upper side and the lower side of the inner side of the pair of vertical pipes. The pair of supports(22) are bent upward from the bottom of the pair of vertical pipes. A lower side of a wire cable support plate(28) is fixed in the upper side of the support by the welding. The upper side of the wire cable support plate is curved with a preset radius of curvature. A separation prevention protrusion is formed in an upper side and a lower side to prevent the separation of the wire cable. |
