PURPOSE: A device for measuring bone density is provided to improve reliability of bone density measurement by fixing both feet of a subject in a foothold part. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring bone density includes a bed surface(110), a receiving unit(300), a foothold(400), and a rotation coupling unit. The bed surface is inclined to a preset angle. A subject is obliquely arranged in the bed surface. A mounting part is formed in the upper side of the bed surface and has an incline receiving plate. The foothold is formed under the bed surface. The foothold includes a pair of recessed parts(410) or protrusions. Both feet of the subject are fixed in the pair of recessed parts or protrusions. The rotation coupling unit rotatably couples the lower part of the receiving unit and the upper part of the bed surface.
