PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to contain all combination processes by parameter input in a program by providing a set parameter value table, an input execution table, and a parameter setting means. CONSTITUTION:A parameter setting means 4 reads in the set parameter table 1 and before parameter input is carried out, a set value indicated by the table 1 is set in setting area of a parameter setting area 5 corresponding to respective parameters. Then the parameter setting means 4 reads in an input execution table 2 which indicates the input of a parameter and parameter values are inputted from a parameter input device 3 according to the input execution table 2 and set in the parameter setting area 5. Consequently, combination processes for the input of parameters are generated as a table, so any complicate parameter combination process need not be put in the parameter input program of the parameter setting means.
