PURPOSE: A transparent display of a mobile terminal and an operating method thereof are provided to have various configuration and design of a UI(User Interface). CONSTITUTION: One or more objects(151,154) are displayed on a first display. The opening and closing of the terminal are detected. If the terminal is opened, the displayed object as described above is moved in the first display. And the object is moved to the second display. If the terminal is closed, the first and second displays are overlapped. One among the first and second displays is a transparent display.
