PURPOSE: An opening and shutting type swing fountain is provided to allow water to be sprayed and swung simultaneously and to reduce the manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting type swing fountain comprises a support part(10) connected with a rotating connection tube to swing; a nozzle(20) which ascends or descends to spray water according to whether water is supplied or not; and a open/close door(30) which is formed so as to rotate at the one side of the circumference of a case where the nozzle penetrates and ascends the one side to rotate, thereby opening or closing the outlet of the door if the nozzle ascends.
