PURPOSE: A headliner fixing clip is provided to fix a headliner although processing error is generated in a combining hole and to elastically support the headliner against the vibration transmitted to the headliner fixing clip. CONSTITUTION: A headliner fixing clip(1) is composed of a bracket(10), an elastic plate(20), and a head unit(30). An insertion groove(12) is formed to be combined to the headliner. The elastic plate is installed at the upper part of the bracket and pressurizes the upper panel. The head unit is formed in the upper side of the elastic plate and is combined to the upper panel.
