PURPOSE: An underground utilities device for rebar extension and part deconstruction on reinforced concrete construction is provided to deconstruct a certain part without a deconstruction machine, and extend rebar from the deconstructed part. CONSTITUTION: An underground utilities device for steel extension and part deconstruction on reinforced concrete construction comprises an embedded reinforcement part(100) installed on arranged rebars(7000) in concrete slab, embedded reinforcement end joint parts(200), form contact parts(400), form contact part fixing bolt parts(510), and form fixing bolt parts(520). Both ends part of the embedded reinforcement parts are formed bent toward a slab. The embedded reinforcement end joint parts are coupled with both ends part of the embedded reinforcement parts, and protect covering the embedded reinforcement end joint parts. The form contact part fixing bolt parts between the embedded reinforcement end joint parts and a form(8000) allow the embedded reinforcement end joint parts to couple with the form contact parts. The form fixing bolt parts allow the embedded reinforcement end joint parts and the form contact parts to couple with the form.
