PURPOSE: A wafer cartridge transfer cart is provided to perform the simple operation of a handling unit and the recovery of a cartridge using a winch and a swing arm, thereby easily loading the cartridge on the cart and easily unloading the cartridge from the cart. CONSTITUTION: A wafer cartridge transfer cart comprises a movable cart body(10), a swing arm(14), a winch(15), and a handling unit(16). The cart body loads a plurality of cartridges. The swing arm is installed in the post structure(11) of the cart body. The swing arm comprises at least one swing unit(12) and joint unit(13). The winch lifts the cartridge up or down. The handling unit is installed in a state of hanging to the wire side of the winch. The handling unit directly selects the cartridge.
