PURPOSE: A slide gate is provided to facilitate opening by fastening the upper and lower housing without a separate hinge or hook and to prevent damage to the parts by keeping uniform surface pressure. CONSTITUTION: A slide gate comprises an upper housing(110), a lower housing(120), a pair of elastic hinges(130), a slider(140), a guide track(150), and a pair of rollers(160). A top valve plate(101) is installed inside of the upper housing. The elastic hinges are perpendicularly installed through the right and left sides of the upper and the lower housing to allow the lower housing to open and close. The slider is positioned within the lower housing to support a lower valve plate, and slid back and forth by an actuating cylinder(C). The guide track is installed on the bottom surface of the slider. The rollers are installed on the right and left sides of the lower housing and rolling-contact with the guide track.
