A nitrogen generator is provided to use nitrogen with a nitrogen tank easily, reduce unit costs of a control unit using a pressure switch and to obtain the nitrogen of high concentration by using a timer and a solenoid valve. A nitrogen generator includes a compressor(275), a membrane(296), a nitrogen flow controller(250), a nitrogen tank(297), a check valve(298), and a pressure switch(300). Compressed air in the compressor is flowed to the membrane. The nitrogen flow controller controls the amount of the nitrogen separated from the membrane. The nitrogen tank stores the nitrogen passed through the nitrogen flow controller. The check valve installed between the nitrogen tank and the nitrogen flow controller prevents reverse current of the nitrogen.
